The Secretary of State evidence session focuses on the Government’s current legislative programme and gives the Committee the opportunity to ask Nicky Morgan questions on both the Education and Adoption Bill and the Childcare Bill. It is also an opportunity for the Committee members to ask questions on a range of other topical education issues.
