The Vote Office - where and when

There are Vote Office issue points in the Palace (on the Lower Ground floor and the principal floor, in Members Lobby), Norman Shaw South, Portcullis House, 1 Parliament Street and 7, Millbank:
The Main Office (and central enquiry point): Palace, Lower Ground floor, ext: 3631 (Central enquiry point) / (Bulk Parliamentary Stock). Open 7.30am to the rise of the House. Members only before 8.15am. Office closes at 4pm on Fridays, at 10am Saturday and at 3pm during recesses.
Members' Lobby: Palace, principal floor. Open 9.30am to the rise of the House. Access restricted to Members, Officers and Lobby Press after 2pm. Opens at 8.30am on sitting Thursdays and 9am on sitting Fridays. Closed on non-sitting days and during recesses.
Norman Shaw North: Lower ground floor, ext: 3663/4669 (Bulk EC stocks). Open 9am to 6pm daily but 9am to 4pm on Fridays. 10am to 3pm in recesses. Closed on Saturdays.
Portcullis House: Ground floor, ext: 6655. Open 9am to 10pm (or the rise of the House if earlier), but 9am to 4pm on Fridays. 10am to 3pm in recesses. Closed Saturdays.
1 Parliament Street: Ground floor, ext: 3861. Open 10am to 6pm daily but 9am to 4pm on Fridays. 10am to 3pm in recesses. Closed Saturdays.
7 Millbank: Ground floor, ext 2312/2313. Open 10am to 5pm daily but 9am to 1pm on Fridays. Recesses as advised. Closed Saturdays.
the return of the House on 7 January 2003 the Issue Office in Members
Lobby now opens from 08.00 Monday -Thursday. The Main Issue Office, on the
Lower Ground Floor, remains available from 07.30. The Main Issue Office
and the Issue Office in Portcullis House will also remain open on Tuesday
and Wednesday evenings until 22.00, if the House has risen earlier.
The Vote Office is part of the responsibilities of the Clerk of the House which, in June 2002 set up its own website. Provided you have access to PDVN (the Parliamentary Intranet). It has links to a number of very useful sub-pages, including one on the Vote Office.
