ParliOUT – The Workplace Equality Network in support of LGBTIQ people in Parliament
What is ParliOUT?
ParliOUT is the Workplace Equality Network in support of LGBTIQ people (lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans, intersex & questioning) in Parliament. Our principal aim is to make LGBTIQ role models more visible and accessible throughout the Estate and provides a welcoming social forum and an informal support network of people from across Parliament.
What does ParliOUT do?
- Provide a welcoming social forum which aims to build a wider informal support network of people from across Parliament.
- Holds regular events both within and outside Parliament in an inclusive environment where members can network and discuss relevant issues and themes
- Raises awareness of LGBTIQ issues
- Provides support through the ParliOUT Advice and Guidance Service.
