    Candidate spending returns can be found in the resources section of Part 3 Spending and Donations of our guidance below. Candidates spending returns, along with a declaration by the agent and candidate should be sent to the Returning Officer in your constituency.


  • Paying campaign spending

    Guidance on the deadlines for receiving and paying invoices for your campaign spending can be found here.

    You must receive invoices from your suppliers and pay them by the deadlines. If an invoice is not received in time or not paid in time, it must not be paid without the leave of a court.
