The Election Toolkit consists of 3 downloadable PDFs and a PowerPoint, which you can access in the ‘Supporting Resources’ section at the bottom of this page. The PDF downloads include everything you will need to get an election process started including a polling station poster, party manifesto posters, a rosette template, policy cards, electoral register and poll cards and a handy instructional poster and PowerPoint to keep you on track.
This resource is suitable for secondary, 6th form students and colleges.
Primary school teachers who wish to use this resource are welcome to access these files and pick and choose elements that may be suitable for their class or for whole school or school/student council elections. It is recommended that you familiarise yourself with the ‘Instructions’ PDF first and then download and print all toolkit components.
