Posts in the House of Commons
The House of Commons has a wide range of graduate positions (eg, clerkships and specialists); administrative and executive roles (eg, clerical officers and Hansard Reporters) and key support staff (eg, attendants and refreshments staff).
Offices and departments
Staff in the House of Commons work in a number of distinct departments: the Department of Chamber and Committee Services, the Department of Facilities, the Department of Finance, the Department of Human Resources and Change, and the Department of Information Services.
In addition to these House of Commons departments, the joint Parliamentary Information and Communications Technology (PICT) department provides Members and staff of both Houses with a unified ICT service.
