The Administration and Works Committee is a domestic committee that considers administrative services, works and the provision of accommodation
The Affordable Childcare Committee is appointed to consider issues relating to affordable childcare
The Arctic Committee is appointed to consider recent and expected changes in the Arctic and their implications for the UK
The Committee of Selection is appointed to select and propose to the House the names of the members of select committees
The Communications Committee considers the media and the creative industries
The Constitution Committee examines all public bills for constitutional implications and investigates broad constitutional issues
The Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform Committee scrutinises proposals in bills to delegate legislative power from Parliament to another body and also examines Legislative Reform Orders
The Digital Skills Committee is appointed to consider information and communications technology, competitiveness and skills in the UK
The Economic Affairs Committee is one of the five permanent investigative committees in the House of Lords and is charged with considering economic affairs
The Economic Affairs Finance Bill Sub-Committee considers aspects of the Finance Bill from the point of view of technical issues of tax administration, clarification and simplification
The Sub-Committee scrutinises EU proposals on civil and criminal justice, fundamental rights,the EU's institutions, agencies and other bodies, EU citizenship, consumer protection, intellectual property and culture policy

On the 28 October 2013, the House of Lords appointed a Special Public Bill Committee to scrutinise the Inheritance and Trustees' Powers Bill [HL]

The Standing Orders Committee is charged with deciding whether or not to dispense with any Standing Order, which the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills consider has not been complied with
