US Flickr
Dear Flickr members,
We recently launched a new photo page towards the end of June. Because of the feedback from you, we’re moving the photo page in a direction that more closely resembles previous iterations of the product, but with contemporary design and the new framework that delivers photos so much faster than before.
These are the advantages of the new photo page:
*Moved the photo information back, so now it appears below the photo.
*The comments have been moved back below the photo as well.
*The text is now black on a white background.
If you have any feedback regarding the new photo page, positive or negative, please feel free to submit it using a new thread.
Please be aware that we are actively listening to feedback from our users to improve Flickr and your user experience.

Allow private images to be displayed as a screensaver on Apple TV.
I know that historically you had the issue of authentication -- the old Flickr app could only display public photos as a screensaver because there was no way to authenticate the user's account on the device. Now that you rolled out your awesome new app, could you allow the private images to also be included in the screensaver display? Or at least an on/off option for this? My Flickr folders have a mixture of both private/non-private pictures that would be completely fine to be displayed on TV -- I just don't want the whole internet to see the private ones.

RETURN THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE NPE SO WE HAVE WHAT WE NEED
GROUP ISSUES
1. Return the admin invites to the top of the comments section of the NPE so we can tell when we have an invite without having to go to Recent Activity.
2. Fix Recent Activity so ALL admin invites are visible (regardless of the designated time period). Currently we can only see ten and that's not enough: many more than that can come in, especially in the first few days after posting.
3. Return the 'Invite To/Remove From' groups window to a list (which wastes less space) and show when a photo is already invited (saves time).

Wow, new page design! I love it.
I didn't read anything about today's new design coming. It's a great surprise. I can read the comments, on a light background; the comment feature worked and I can read what I'm typing. There's lots of information on the screen. O thank you!

Please update Flickr app for Windows Phone - it's very obsolette.
Please don't ignore Windows Phone - with new update it will get a lot of new users.

please correctly refresh images on for the apple TV screensaver
If you use one of your own galleries for the apple TV screensaver, it doesn't show new images that are added to the gallery, and doesn't remove images that are deleted from the gallery. In fact, you can delete the entire gallery, and it will still display those images in your screensaver. It never seems to update, even a week after images are added or deleted from your own gallery.

Changing the site layout is very annoying. It does not improve anything. I just get used to one layout and editing process and then without.
Stop the constant changes to the site layout. If there is to be a change, give notice, explain why the changes have to be made, and then give instructions on how they are to be followed.

Let the albums of ad-free paying customers be ad-free to EVERYONE, not just the account holder.
Paying $50 should create albums that anyone can view without suffering through an ad every few photos. If ads are a necessary evil at least put them to the side, not folded into the photo viewing. That is very invasive. Friends have told me they refuse to look at my albums now. Not a good way to get more customers.

Stop Flickr loading like its on dial up..
Find someone to re-develop the site so it won't feel like a dial up connection..
I've noticed a huge change in loading speeds since the Yahoo takeover happened...
Since being frustrated with the speed I've had a look at other sites and they seem to load much faster.. Ergo.. Design/Coding needs change.
Inserting "Fetching more images" is not helping the speed..
It is a reminder that the developer had no other ideas.

PLEASE - change the lay out so both picture and subtitle can be seen on the screen at the same time. Viewers don't have time to scroll down

BRING BACK NOTES.
Honestly, why was this removed?
You guys are all about having your heads shoved so far up your rear ends that you won't listen to feedback of users, but why are you removing features now? Notes were one of the things that made Flickr unique, and now that it's gone Flickr has become another sloppy old photo site with nothing that keeps its users enticed.
Whoever came up with these awful ideas and approved them need to be fired ON THE SPOT.12th ranked -
Yeah. Fire everybody.
In spite of a near universally negative reaction to your infinite scrolling search page debacle your staff has consistently responded to complaints with the same indifferent platitudes and draconian decrees coming just short of telling us to get used to it or sod off. If I dealt with a client in this manner somebody else would be cleaning out my desk because I'd already be out on the sidewalk. Everybody involved in this issue has hurt your reputation and damaged your credibility, from the developers who dreamt it up on down through the execs who approved it, the engineers who…

having just renewed my subscription, i would really LOVE the option to go back to the old flickr format for Pro members.
an option for long time supporters of flickr to view as it was in the good old days. i really can't get on with the new format and don't see why it would be so tricky for those of us who dislike the new look yet continue to pay shouldn't be able to see our accounts as it used to be.

why the real names in comments on the New Photo Page?
this has probably been brought up before,
why are the real names given in the comments on the New Photo Page?
So the whole world knows our names? Most of us have screen names for privacy- so why this? I don't like this at all.
Please reconsider.10th ranked
