E-mail: hcinfo@parliament.uk

Visually-impaired correspondents are welcome to request a reply on tape, disk or in large print.

Callers with a text phone can talk through Text Relay by calling 18001 followed by our full number 020 7219 4272.

We aim to answer emails within one working day of receipt and currently answer over 80% within this target. A telephone call often produces a speedier answer to simple queries.

To avoid delay, post intended for individual MPs should not be sent via the Information Office but instead to the individual MP at House of Commons, London, SW1A 0AA.

Bulk mail, to multiple MPs, will be returned to sender. The following document provides guidance for bulk-mailings (PDF PDF 29 KB).
